I found my passion for stories at an early age. I believe stories are primal practices of communicating our identity and culture. From oral myth traditions to sitcoms. Stories are what connect us to people, places, and communities. You can share a story in boundless ways - words, images, video, music, art, architecture - everything created has a story to tell. Words are my chosen art form, and it guided me to study English college.

When I am not engrossed in crafting a story, you can find me with any of my rotating hobbies. I use my free time to explore the world through art, craft, and culture. I practice ceramics, bass clarinet, Norwegian, embroidery, Latin, sowing, painting, and wood carving. It's a short life. I am here to enjoy it.

I am a persistent traveler. I have been to Italy, Japan, Spain, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Ireland, Scotland, England , and all across the U.S. (29 States and counting). My life changing adventures abroad often influence the themes and topics of my writing.

My daily life I spend with my two cats (assistant screen supervisors), and one dog (staff supervisor). I live and work from home in the Chicagoland area, while dreaming of moving abroad one day. My favorite read is Howls Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones. My favorite show is Bobs Burgers.
